Because it is my character and the cover of one of the comic books I wrote and produced. My DA page is the official Lost Kids page so everything Lost Kids related gets posted here and on the original artist's page (if he so chooses).

This is not about sharing other artists works, it is about sharing Lost Kids promotional art.
